Privacy Policy

VELSAYA respects the privacy of its Members and visitors. This Privacy Policy applies to VELSAYA.com and the features, services, communications, communities, and tools offered through VELSAYA (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using VELSAYA, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy should be read together with the VELSAYA Terms of Use.

1. Adult-Only Service

VELSAYA is intended exclusively for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction to access adult-oriented material, whichever is greater.

VELSAYA does not knowingly permit minors to register for or use the Service. If VELSAYA learns that information was collected from a person who is not legally old enough to use the Service, VELSAYA may remove the account and associated information, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and record-retention requirements.

2. Information We Collect

The information VELSAYA collects depends on how you use the Service. It may include the following categories.

Account and Registration Information

When you register, VELSAYA may collect information such as your email address, chosen handle, password credentials, date of birth, age declaration, verification status, account status, role, and other information necessary to create and secure your account.

Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing rather than as readable passwords.

Profile Information

You may choose to provide profile information such as your biography, city, state, county, sex or gender selection, profile image, Hero image, and other information made available through profile features.

Your handle and information you choose to display may be visible to other authorized VELSAYA Members according to the feature and privacy settings in use.

User Content

VELSAYA may store content you choose to create or upload, including blogs, comments, photos, galleries, videos where supported, classified advertisements, Club content, links, Network ratings, reports, and other material you submit to the Service.

Messages and Private Communications

VELSAYA stores private Mail and other communications as necessary to deliver the messaging features you choose to use. The contents of private communications are not displayed publicly by VELSAYA, but may be processed or reviewed when necessary to operate the Service, investigate abuse or security issues, respond to a report, comply with law, or enforce the Terms of Use.

Some Mail features have shorter retention periods. For example, unfiled inactive Mail may be automatically purged after the applicable retention period, while messages saved to folders may be retained longer. A message sent using a self-destruct feature is designed to expire according to that feature's stated period.

Network, Reputation, Reporting, and Moderation Information

VELSAYA may collect and store Network ratings, relationship or interaction responses, safety and integrity signals, reputation scores, moderation votes, reports, appeals, account restrictions, and related records.

Some reputation information may be generated from information submitted by other Members. You may not control another Member's good-faith opinion or rating, although VELSAYA may review activity that violates its rules regarding retaliation, manipulation, coercion, fraudulent ratings, or abuse.

Booking Information

If you use Booking, VELSAYA may store appointment dates and times, provider and client identifiers, service selections, availability, general location information, private appointment details, messages associated with the booking, confirmation status, cancellations, no-show information, and other information necessary to provide the Booking feature.

Points, Purchases, and Transaction Information

VELSAYA may store information about VELSAYA Points, Point balances, transfers, requests, purchases, package selections, transaction status, processor reference identifiers, and other records needed to operate paid or premium features.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors selected by VELSAYA, such as Stripe, PayPal, CCBill, Segpay, or another supported provider. Payment processors may collect payment-card, billing, identity, or other information directly from you under their own privacy policies.

VELSAYA is not intended to store your complete payment-card number or card security code. VELSAYA may retain transaction identifiers and limited transaction information needed to credit Points, confirm purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain financial records.

Device, Log, and Security Information

When you use a website, technical information is necessarily exchanged between your device and the server. VELSAYA may automatically collect or log information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, IP-derived security identifiers, browser or device information, request date and time, login attempts, login success or failure, session activity, referring information where available, and other information used to operate and protect the Service.

VELSAYA may use this information to detect abuse, investigate shared or suspicious account access, prevent fraud, enforce rate limits, diagnose technical problems, and secure accounts and infrastructure.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

VELSAYA uses cookies or similar browser storage primarily to maintain your session, remember that you are logged in, support security features, preserve preferences, and operate site functionality.

VELSAYA does not currently use cookies to sell personal information or build third-party advertising profiles about Members.

3. How We Use Information

VELSAYA may use collected information to:

• Create, verify, maintain, and secure Member accounts.
• Provide profiles, Mail, Blogs, Galleries, Clubs, Classifieds, Network, Points, Booking, subscriptions, alerts, and other Service features.
• Display content according to Member-selected access and visibility settings.
• Process purchases and apply VELSAYA Points or premium access.
• Send account verification, security, transactional, Booking, moderation, and other service-related communications.
• Provide optional email notifications chosen in account settings.
• Detect spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, Terms violations, and suspicious activity.
• Operate reporting, moderation, community trust, reputation, and safety systems.
• Provide customer support and respond to Member requests.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve performance and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of VELSAYA and its Members.

4. Information You Choose to Share

You control much of the information and content you choose to publish on VELSAYA. Depending on the feature and access settings, that information may be visible to other Members, subscribers, Club members, Members who meet a minimum Level, Members who unlock access with Points, specifically invited Members, or other audiences you select.

Restricted access reduces who can normally view content through VELSAYA, but no online service can guarantee that an authorized viewer will not copy, screenshot, record, save, or redistribute material after seeing it.

Do not post or privately send information or media you are unwilling to risk being copied or disclosed by another person.

5. Information About You From Other Members

Other Members may interact with you, communicate about your VELSAYA handle, submit Network ratings based on their experiences, mention your handle, report content or conduct, or otherwise create information connected with your account.

VELSAYA prohibits unauthorized disclosure of another person's private identifying or contact information where prohibited by the Terms of Use. Discussion about a Member's VELSAYA handle or on-platform conduct, however, may occur as part of ordinary community participation.

6. How We Share Information

VELSAYA does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. VELSAYA does not rent Member email addresses to marketers.

With Other Members at Your Direction

Information and User Content are shared with other Members when necessary to provide the features you choose to use and according to applicable visibility or access settings.

Service Providers

VELSAYA may use hosting providers, email-delivery providers, content-delivery or infrastructure providers, payment processors, security services, and other vendors that process information on VELSAYA's behalf as necessary to provide the Service.

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for the services they provide and are subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.

Payment Processors

When you make a purchase, you may provide financial or billing information directly to a third-party payment processor. VELSAYA may exchange limited account, transaction, amount, Point-package, order, or confirmation information with that processor so the purchase can be completed and credited to your account.

Legal Requests, Safety, and Prevention of Harm

VELSAYA may preserve, use, or disclose information when it reasonably and in good faith believes doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, court order, legal process, or government request; detect or prevent fraud or illegal activity; investigate abuse; enforce the Terms; protect the security of the Service; or protect the rights, property, safety, or security of VELSAYA, its Members, or others.

Business Transactions

If VELSAYA or substantially all of its assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.

7. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

VELSAYA's current business practice is not to sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Because VELSAYA does not currently engage in such sale or sharing, VELSAYA does not currently provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. If VELSAYA's practices change in a way that legally requires such a choice, this Policy and the Service will be updated before or when the change takes effect as required by applicable law.

8. Email and Notifications

VELSAYA may send communications needed to operate your account, including verification messages, password or account-security notices, purchase or transaction notices, moderation or safety notices, and other essential service communications.

You may also choose optional email notifications for certain activity, such as Mail, Booking, Network Ratings, or mentions. Where available, optional notifications can be changed in your account settings.

You may not be able to opt out of communications that are necessary for security, legal compliance, account administration, or completion of a transaction you requested.

9. Data Retention

VELSAYA retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account and transaction records, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce agreements, and protect Members and the platform.

Retention periods vary by type of information and feature. Content you delete may be removed from active display while limited records, backups, audit entries, transaction records, moderation records, or security logs may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Deleting an account or piece of content cannot remove copies that another Member previously saved, captured, or redistributed outside VELSAYA.

10. Security

VELSAYA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include password hashing, access controls, security logging, rate limiting, protected media access, and other measures appropriate to the Service.

No Internet service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for protecting access to your devices and account.

11. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on the feature, VELSAYA provides controls that may allow you to:

• Edit your profile and account information.
• Choose who may access certain galleries or Club content.
• Use subscriber, Level, Points, private, or other access controls where available.
• Delete your own photos, galleries, blogs, comments, messages, or other content where the feature permits.
• Manage optional email and live-notification settings.
• Hide your online status.
• Block certain member-to-member Mail.
• Request assistance through VELSAYA Help & Safety.

12. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), applies to VELSAYA and to the information at issue, you may have rights that include:

• Right to Know / Access: request information about categories or specific pieces of personal information collected, used, or disclosed about you.
• Right to Delete: request deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: direct a covered business not to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to Limit Certain Uses of Sensitive Personal Information: where the statutory right applies.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: not receive unlawful discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.

VELSAYA does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Privacy requests may be submitted through the Help & Safety or privacy-request method made available by VELSAYA. VELSAYA may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests and may deny or limit a request where permitted or required by law.

13. Sensitive Personal Information

Depending on how you use VELSAYA, the Service may process information that some laws classify as sensitive, including account credentials, the contents of private communications, precise or approximate location information you choose to provide, and information Members may choose to disclose regarding intimate life, sexual interests, or other sensitive matters.

VELSAYA uses such information only as reasonably necessary to provide requested features, maintain security and integrity, comply with law, and perform other purposes described in this Policy. VELSAYA does not use sensitive personal information to build third-party advertising profiles.

14. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. VELSAYA does not currently alter essential Service, security, authentication, or operational collection in response to a Do Not Track signal.

Because VELSAYA does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is currently no such sale or sharing for a browser-based opt-out preference signal to disable. If VELSAYA's practices change, VELSAYA will address legally recognized opt-out preference signals as required by applicable law.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

VELSAYA may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not govern those third parties. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies.

You should review the privacy policy of any external website or service before providing it with personal information.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

VELSAYA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in features, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page identifies the current version. If a material change is made, VELSAYA may provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a privacy request.
